Weekly Photo Challenge: Monument

Here’s my take on this week’s photo challenge, Monument.

Following is just one of many statues of the late Nelson Mandela that are erected in his honour all over South Africa.

Here, he is seen with two school children in a life size statue, that stands in the middle of a tall stairway, leading to the Civic Centre of Kempton Park in Gauteng, South Africa.

Tata Madiba is greatly missed and his efforts at making South Africa and the world (if I may say so) a better place, will never be forgotten.

RIP, Tata.
